Shipping policy
Turnaround Time: All orders take 10-14 business days to fulfill. Products are printed in-house upon order receipt and are generally not pre-printed or in-stock.
Returns/Exchanges: Refer to the Return/Refund Policy. Customers must contact the store within 48 hours of receipt if products are damaged or the order is incorrect.
Tracking & Liability: Tracking is provided for all orders. Gym Pirates is not liable for lost orders if tracking shows the item was delivered. For items marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to resend it. If the buyer chooses not to have it resent, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Carrier Delays: Gym Pirates is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, lost items, or theft (e.g., "porch pirates") once the item has left their care.
External Factors: Holidays, sales, campaigns, and inclement weather may impact delivery times.
Reporting Issues: Any issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation: Gym Pirates reserves the right to cancel any order.
Canadian Orders: Taxes and duties may apply upon delivery. Products can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery once items leave our shipping location. Once products depart our shipping location, we are no longer responsible for them. Tracking numbers are provided, and shipping carriers are then liable for lost items.
